2. Currency & VAT Specification

All transactions are settled in Euro (EUR). All displayed product and checkout prices include statutory German VAT. No hidden surcharges, handling fees or undisclosed charges will be applied, complying with German pricing transparency laws and consumer protection rules.

3. Payment Security Standards

4. Billing Address Verification

5. Authorisation Hold & Fund Capture

A temporary payment pre-authorisation hold may be applied upon checkout. Funds are formally deducted only after your order is confirmed and officially dispatched. For cancelled orders, the authorisation hold will be released according to standard European bank processing cycles.

6. Transaction Dispute Resolution

We recommend customers resolve payment-related issues via our official support team before initiating formal chargebacks. We provide complete order records and supporting documents to ensure fair dispute resolution under European financial industry standards.

7. Order Payment Confirmation

A formal payment verification and order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after successful payment completion for your official record keeping.
